Beat a lonely transient

Or wage a bloody war

It doesn’t matter who you kill

No one’s keeping score

Lurking in the shadows

Or dancing in the crowd

Find a quiet bloodstream

And call your name out loud

You’ve always been amongst us

The devil on the wing

Preying on the needy

Such short escape you bring

You can take a father

From his family and his friends

The druglords count their riches

While supply creates demands

You seek out every living soul

A child still in the womb

Is not protected from your work

The home becomes the tomb

Feeding on each victim

Tearing at the brain

Digesting it with murder

And thriving on the pain

The world will never shake you

From your sick, sadistic throne

But each of us has power enough

To fight you on our own

Sailing on a sea of terror

With your tortured, captive crew

Let this message, filled with warning

Reach each port ahead of you
