Peace of mind and solitude

Are found within our minds

Impervious to outside noise

That one so often finds

So, if you're trying to relax

A case of jangled nerves

Perhaps it's best to settle first

Who's master, and who serves

Your body, once an infant

Will always be your child

Never let it rule your mind

Or aimlessly run wild

Take the time to ask yourself

Exactly what you'll need

To reach your destination

Then get up front and lead
